Come with clean skin and no heavy makeup. This helps us read your skin accurately and get straight into the treatment without delay.
Stop using retinol, AHAs, BHAs, and physical exfoliants 2–3 days before your appointment. Active ingredients make skin more sensitive and can affect how your treatment performs.
Avoid waxing or shaving the treatment area at least 24–48 hours before certain services. Freshly shaved or waxed skin is more sensitive and reactive.
Please be specific about skin sensitivities, allergies, and any medications you're taking — especially prescription retinoids, Accutane, or blood thinners. This directly affects what's safe for your skin.
After treatments like chemical peels and dermaplaning, avoid direct sun, tanning, and heavy exercise for 24–48 hours. Your skin will be more sensitive and needs time to settle.
Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Let us know before your appointment so we can adjust your service accordingly.
